It’s true – there’s not much to report today. Maybe everyone is out voting to legalize pot or to send a former witch to Washington (how appropriate).  Anyway, we’re not a political blog so we’ll skip straight to the biggest news story of the day: a video by a Swedish national TV station from last summer revealing the backstage area for Axl Rose of Guns n’ Roses. Yes, it’s probably the least productive 30 seconds you’ll spend all day, but if you insist on learning something new today (besides which voting district you live in), you can view Axl’s workout ball and vibrating platform machines that he supposedly works out with every day. A public service announcement conveniently appears in the middle of the screen blocking our view of the dressing room full of bottles of top shelf liquor (note to Axl and band: these can make great free weights for upper body workouts while drinking before, during and after the show). All in all, it’s a quick view into the life of a fat, aging pompous prima donna who once captured the world with his unique voice and rock n’ roll attitude who now just makes you wish he’d share some of that Patron with you while he runs through mediocre versions of classic Gn’R gems.
